I know this isn't "DOG" related, but I want to share my experience with  Since I lost my last dog (AM Murphy) in August, my schedule doesn't allow for another dog.  :( BUT, I have several rescue kitties. I feed a raw diet to my kitties.  Once in a while, my kitties aren't too thrilled with my batch. If that is the case, I add high-quality canned food to the raw batch.  I received a shipment of several cases of canned cat food from the other day. I've ordered from Chewy a LOT, without any issues.  This was the FIRST time I had problems. Firstly, they packaged 10 cases of cat food (some large cans) into just 2 boxes.  WAY too heavy!  Secondly, MANY cans were dented (equaling at least 3 cases).  Just finished speaking to a rep.  They will replace the cases of dented food!  Request also put in to package any further larger orders into smaller boxes.   VERY impressed with the great customer service! I will continue to order from them! They have a huge selection of high quality dog and cat food for great prices and, obviously, great customer service!

We have had nothing but awesome experiences with Chewy too. They send us Christmas cards, one time they sent me a free case of canned cat food, and the best was when I ordered a bag of puppy food and then found out that we probably would not be getting the puppy, I called them and tried to cancel the order but it was too late because it was already in the packaging/shipping process.  They credited me back the money for the puppy food and told me to
donate it to a local shelter instead of returning it.  They definitely will always have my business  :heart.smiley:

I have had nothing but good experiences with Seems they are one of the few "bigger" companies in The U.S. that still puts emphasis on customer service! :thumbs_up1:
